S&P assigns Vertellus, notes B, loan BB-

Standard & Poor's said it assigned a B preliminary corporate credit rating to Vertellus Specialties Inc.

The outlook is stable.

The agency said it assigned a BB- preliminary issue-level rating and 1 preliminary recovery rating to the proposed new $85 million asset-based lending facility.

S&P said it also assigned a B preliminary issue-level rating and 4 preliminary recovery rating to the proposed $325 million senior secured notes.
