Verizon Communications sets redemption price for seven debt series

Norfolk, Va., Nov. 20 – Verizon Communications Inc. set the redemption prices for seven series of its debt securities, according to multiple notices.

The following will be redeemed on Nov. 24 plus accrued interest:

• $500 million of 4.9% notes due Sept. 15, 2015, to be redeemed at 103.677;

• $735,653,000 of 8.75% notes due Nov. 1, 2018, to be redeemed at 125.167;

• $380,591,000 of 8.5% notes due Nov. 15, 2018, to be redeemed at 124.457;

• $598,324,000 of 5.55% notes due Feb. 15, 2016, to be redeemed at 106.299;

• $1.25 billion of 3% notes due April 1, 2016, to be redeemed at 103.356;

• $396,969,000 of 5.55% notes due April 1, 2017, to be redeemed at 110.503; and

• $1 billion of 2.5% notes due Sept. 15, 2016, to be redeemed at 102.972.
