Verizon to offer fixed-rate notes via three bookrunners

Knoxville, Tenn., Feb. 22 – Verizon Communications Inc. is planning to sell fixed-rate notes, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are non-callable until 2027 and then are callable at par.

Deutsche Bank AG, Taipei branch, J.P. Morgan Securities (Taiwan) Ltd. and Morgan Stanley Taiwan Ltd. are the bookrunners.

The company intends to use net proceeds from this offering for general corporate purposes, including debt repayment.

Verizon is a New York-based telecommunications company.
