Verizon offers 30-year fixed-rate green notes via four bookrunners

Buffalo, N.Y., Feb. 16 – Verizon Communications Inc. is planning to sell fixed-rate green notes due 2052, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes feature a make-whole call until six months prior to maturity and then a par call.

Loop Capital Markets LLC, BofA Securities, Inc., Samuel A. Ramirez & Co. Inc. and Siebert Williams Shank & Co. LLC are the joint bookrunning managers for the offering.

Proceeds will be used for financing or refinancing eligible green investments.

Verizon is a New York-based telecommunications company.
