New Issue: Verizon prices $1 billion of 2.85% 20-year green notes at 99.758

Knoxville, Tenn., Sept. 2 – Verizon Communications Inc. sold $1 billion 2.85% 20-year green notes at 99.758 on Wednesday, according to an FWP filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Loop Capital Markets LLC, Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, Samuel A. Ramirez & Co. Inc. and Siebert Williams Shank & Co. LLC were the bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used for financing or refinancing eligible green investments.

Verizon is a New York-based telecommunications company.
