Verisk Analytics files automatic shelf for stock, preferreds, debt

Knoxville, Tenn., March 29 - Verisk Analytics, Inc. filed an automatic shelf registration in an S-3 ASR filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The registration covers class A common stock, preferred stock, debt securities, guarantees of debt securities, rights to purchase class A common stock, warrants to purchase debt securities and units.

The securities may be structured as convertibles.

The Jersey City, N.J., insurance data provider will use the proceeds for general corporate purposes.
