Verifone schedules Thursday lender call for refinancing

New York, Jan. 5 – Verifone Inc. is set to hold a lender call on Thursday to launch a refinancing transaction, according to a market source.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the lead bank on the deal.

Verifone is a San Jose, Calif.-based company that makes secure electronic payment equipment.
