Veolia files debt securities automatic shelf registration

Knoxville, Tenn., May 21 - Veolia Environnement filed a debt securities automatic shelf registration in an F-3-ASR filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

Paris-based Veolia Environnement is a provider of collective services, such as distribution of drinking water and heating, passenger transport network, household waste collection and others to local authorities.
