Moody's: Ventas view positive

Moody's Investors Service said it affirmed Ventas Inc.'s senior unsecured debt ratings at Baa2 and revised the outlook to positive from stable.

Moody's said the positive outlook reflects Ventas' growth and success in integrating key portfolio acquisitions into its overall business model in recent years.
