Knoxville, Tenn., May 17 - Ventana Gold Corp. said it plans a C$20.7 million private placement of units with Silver Wheaton Corp.
The company will sell 1.8 million units of one common share and a half-share warrant at C$11.50 apiece. Each whole warrant is exercisable at C$15.00 for one year.
Vancouver, B.C.-based Ventana is a mineral exploration company.
