Venezuela, Argentina to add $1.2 billion notes in two tranches to Bono del Sur III

Pittsburgh, Sept. 20 - Venezuela and Argentina announced the offering of a $1.2 billion add-on to their Bono del Sur III in two tranches, according to a news release.

Venezuela is offering $600 million of 7 1/8% fixed-rate notes due March 20, 2015, and Argentina is offering $600 million Boden 15 notes due Oct. 3, 2015, with a coupon of 7%.

Investors must buy a minimum of $3 million of the notes and must buy the notes in increments of $1.5 million thereafter.

The offering will run from Sept. 24 to Sept. 28.

Pricing will be announced on Monday, the results of the offering will be announced on Oct. 1 and the notes will be issued on Oct. 4.
