Vax Housing Finance postpones consideration of capital raising

Kansas City, Kan., Oct. 11 - Vax Housing Finance Corp. Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it adjourned to Oct. 13 a meeting to consider capital increases and new securities offerings.

The meeting was originally scheduled for Thursday and was adjourned for want of quorum.

The company said it would consider issuing equity shares through American depositary receipts, global depositary receipts and foreign currency convertible bonds.
