New York, June 26 – Vattenfall AB has priced €500 million of 0.5% seven-year green bonds at 99.637 to yield 0.553%, or a yield spread of mid-swaps plus 55 basis points, according to market sources.
The bond was sold under Vattenfall’s SEK 20 billion medium-term note program and has been listed on the Nasdaq Stockholm exchange.
As previously reported, Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., Nordea and SEB were bookrunners of the green bond issue.
Vattenfall is a state-owned energy company based in Stockholm.
