India’s Vardhman mulls Rs. 5 billion debentures issue; meeting set

Chicago, Aug. 21 – Vardhman Textiles Ltd. notified the Bombay Stock Exchange that it may issue up to Rs. 5 billion of debentures.

The issue will be considered at a committee meeting set for Aug. 24.

Vardhman Textiles is a textile producer in Ludhiana, India.
