Vardhman Textiles buys back $1 million in convertible bonds

Knoxville, Tenn., March 17 - Vardhman Textiles Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it repurchased $1 million of its foreign currency convertible bonds.

Vardhman Textiles is a textile producer in Ludhiana, India.
