India’s Vardhman Textiles committee to mull Rs. 2 billion debentures

Olympia, Wash., May 27 – Vardhman Textiles Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that its committee will meet on Saturday to consider a proposal to issue up to Rs. 2 billion of nonconvertible debentures on a private placement basis.

Vardhman Textiles is a textile producer in Ludhiana, India.
