Knoxville, Tenn., Feb. 13 - Vardhman Polytex Ltd. told the Bombay Stock Exchange its board of directors issued $12 million in 2% foreign currency convertible bonds at a meeting on Feb. 12.

Vardhman is a textile producer based in Ludhiana, India.
