Vanguard Natural Resources' 7.875% preferreds begin trading on Nasdaq

Minneapolis, July 2 - Vanguard Natural Resources, LLC's 7.875% series A cumulative redeemable perpetual preferred units, representing preferred equity interests in the company, commenced trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on Tuesday, according to a company press release.

The preferreds trade under the ticker symbol "VNRAP."

Vanguard Natural is a Houston-based oil and gas production and development company.
