New Issue: Vanguard Minerals pockets $1.5 million via private placement of shares

Knoxville, Tenn., April 23 - Vanguard Minerals Corp. settled a $1.5 million private placement of stock on Friday, according to an 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company sold 1 million common shares at $1.50 apiece.

Of the shares, 860,000 were purchased by James Price. After this transaction, Price will own approximately 59.1% of the company's shares.

The uranium exploration company is based in Seattle.
