JPMorgan plans trigger performance securities on Vanguard FTSE EM ETF

Columbus, Ohio, March 4 – JPMorgan Chase & Co. plans to price 0% trigger performance securities due March 31, 2021 linked to the Vanguard FTSE Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the fund finishes above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 119% to 129% of the gain. The exact participation rate will be set at pricing.

If the fund falls but finishes at or above its trigger level, 75% of the initial level, the payout will be par.

Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to any losses.

The notes will price on March 28 and settle on March 31.
