New Issue: JPMorgan prices $3.9 million trigger PLUS linked to Vanguard FTSE Emerging Markets

Tacoma, Wash., Dec. 9 – JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $3.9 million of 0% trigger Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Dec. 9, 2021 linked to the Vanguard FTSE Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the ETF return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 143.5% of the ETF return. Investors will receive par if the ETF declines by 30% or less and will be fully exposed to the ETF’s decline from its initial share price if it falls by more than 30%.
