New Issue: JPMorgan prices $265,700 trigger performance notes on Vanguard FTSE EM

Morgantown, W.Va., Dec. 4 – JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $265,700 of 0% trigger performance securities due Nov. 30, 2020 linked to the Vanguard FTSE Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 140.5% of any fund gain.

Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 35% and will be fully exposed to any losses if the fund finishes below the 65% trigger level.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and UBS Financial Services Inc. are the agents.
