JPMorgan plans trigger PLUS tied to Vanguard FTSE Emerging Markets ETF

Morgantown, W.Va., Dec. 2 – JPMorgan Chase & Co. plans to price 0% trigger Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Dec. 9, 2021 linked to the Vanguard FTSE Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus at least 142.5% of any fund gain. The exact leverage factor will be set at pricing.
Investors will receive par if the fund falls by 30% or less and will be fully exposed to any losses if the fund finishes below the 70% trigger level.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent with distribution through Morgan Stanley Wealth Management.
The notes will price on Dec. 4.
The Cusip number is 48127Y136.
