Morgantown, W.Va., Nov. 3 – Barclays Bank plc priced $262,500 of 0% trigger performance securities due Oct. 30, 2020 linked to the Vanguard FTSE Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 140% of any fund gain.
Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 35% and will be fully exposed to losses if the fund finishes below the 65% trigger level.
Barclays and UBS Financial Services Inc. are the agents.
