New Issue: UBS prices $395,000 trigger performance notes on Vanguard FTSE EM ETF

Morgantown, W.Va., Oct. 21 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $395,000 of 0% trigger performance securities due Oct. 29, 2018 linked to the Vanguard FTSE Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 107.194561% of any fund gain.
Investors will receive par if the ETF falls by up to 15% and will be fully exposed to losses if the ETF finishes below the 85% trigger level.
UBS Financial Services Inc. and UBS Investment Bank are the underwriters.
