Madison, Wis., June 30 – Royal Bank of Canada priced $1.25 million of 0% trigger performance securities due June 29, 2018 linked to the Vanguard FTSE Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 115% of any fund gain.
If the fund falls by up to the 75% trigger level, the payout will be par.
Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to any losses.
