Deutsche plans trigger performance securities on Vanguard FTSE EM

New York, Feb. 3 – Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch plans to price 0% trigger performance securities due Feb. 28, 2019 linked to the Vanguard FTSE Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund, according to an FWP with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 149% to 159% of any fund gain. The exact participation rate will be set at pricing.

Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 20% and will be fully exposed to losses from the initial level if it falls by more than 20%.

The notes (Cusip: 25190E726) will price on Feb. 24 and settle on Feb. 27.
