Chicago, Sept. 5 - Morgan Stanley priced $10.1 million of 0% Trigger Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Aug. 31, 2016 linked to the Vanguard FTSE Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the fund finishes above the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par of $10.00 plus 150% of any gain, up to a maximum payout of $15.125 per note.
If the fund finishes at or below the initial level but above the 85% trigger level, the payout will be par.
Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to any losses.
