New Issue: Barclays prices $7.71 million trigger PLUS linked to Vanguard FTSE EM

New York, July 30 - Barclays Bank plc priced $7,713,200 of 0% trigger Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due July 31, 2015 linked to the Vanguard FTSE Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the fund return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 150% of the fund return, subject to a maximum payment of $14.60 per note.
Investors will receive par if the shares fall up to 15% and will be fully exposed to any losses the shares fall below the 85% trigger level.
Barclays is the agent with Morgan Stanley Smith Barney LLC as the dealer.
