Madison, Wis., May 30 - UBS AG, London Branch priced $3.11 million of 0% trigger performance securities due May 31, 2018 linked to the Vanguard FTSE Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the fund return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 117.52% of the fund return.
Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 25% and will be fully exposed to losses from the initial level if the fund falls by more than 25%.
UBS Financial Services Inc. and UBS Investment Bank will act as agents.
