Los Angeles, Oct. 7 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $247,300 of 0% trigger return optimization securities due Oct. 11, 2023 linked to the Vanguard FTSE Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the ETF finishes above the initial price, the payout at maturity will be par plus 2 times the ETF gain, capped at par plus 29.53%.
If the ETF finishes flat or falls by up to 20%, the payout will be par.
Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the ETF.
UBS Financial Services Inc. and UBS Investment Bank are the underwriters.
