JPMorgan plans trigger performance notes tied to Vanguard FTSE EM fund

Chicago, Aug. 6 – JPMorgan Chase & Co. plans to price 0% trigger performance securities due Aug. 31, 2020 linked to the Vanguard FTSE Emerging Markets ETF, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 135.7% to 145.7% of any fund gain, with the exact participation rate to be set at pricing.

Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 25% and will be fully exposed to any losses if the fund finishes below the 75% trigger level.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and UBS Financial Services Inc. are the agents.

The notes will price on Aug. 26 and settle on Aug. 31.

The Cusip number is 48127V637.
