New Issue: Deutsche Bank prices $309,300 trigger performance notes on Vanguard FTSE EM

Chicago, Feb. 27 – Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch priced $309,300 of 0% trigger performance securities due Feb. 28, 2019 linked to the Vanguard FTSE Emerging Markets ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 150% of any fund gain.
Investors will receive par if the fund falls by 20% or less and will be fully exposed to any losses if the fund finishes below the 80% trigger level.
