Fitch affirms Vallibel

Fitch Ratings said it affirmed Vallibel Finance plc's national long-term rating at BB-(lka).

The outlook is stable.

The rating reflects the company's small, but growing asset base, healthy profitability and modest asset quality, Fitch said.

The rating is constrained by its modest capitalization, the agency said.
