Moody's: Six Brazil companies to negative

Moody's Investors Service said it revised to negative from stable the outlook for several companies operating in Brazil.

All of the ratings on the companies were affirmed.

The outlook change follows the change of outlook on Brazil's issuer rating to negative from stable, Moody's said.

The agency revised the outlook on Fleury SA to negative, along with the outlook on Localiza Rent a Car SA, Raizen Combustiveis SA and Raizen Energia SA.

Telefonica Brasil SA now has a negative outlook, along with Valid SA.
