Moody's assigns Valid debentures Ba3

Moody’s Investors Service said it assigned Ba3/A1.br ratings to Valid SA's proposed up to R$700 million of debentures due in 2024 and 2025.

Valid's Ba3/A2.br corporate family ratings and negative outlook remain unchanged, the agency said.

Proceeds are part of Valid's liability management strategy to extend 2021 maturities and strengthen its cash position.
