Moody’s: Vale unaffected by note add-on

Moody's Investors Service said that Vale SA's Ba3 senior unsecured foreign currency rating and stable outlook remain unchanged following the company's announcement that it plans to issue an add-on to the $1 billion 10-year senior unsecured notes issued by Vale Overseas Ltd. in August 2016 and fully and unconditionally guaranteed by Vale SA.
