Barclays to price 11%-12% autocallable notes on three energy stocks
By Marisa Wong
Morgantown, W.Va., Aug. 21 – Barclays Bank plc plans to price 11% to 12% autocallable notes Aug. 30, 2019 linked to the least performing of the common stocks of Marathon Oil Corp., Southwestern Energy Co. and Valero Energy Corp., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest is payable monthly. The exact coupon rate will be set at pricing.
The notes will be called at par if each stock closes at or above its initial price on any quarterly determination date.
The payout at maturity will be par unless any stock finishes below its 50% barrier price, in which case investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the worst performing stock.
Barclays is the agent.
The notes are expected to price Aug. 28.
The Cusip number is 06744CEJ6.
