New Issue: JPMorgan prices $1.32 million 12% callable contingent interest notes on ETFs

New York, Jan. 10 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.32 million of callable contingent interest notes due Jan. 3, 2025 linked to the Communication Services Select Sector SPDR Fund, Consumer Staples Select Sector SPDR Fund and Utilities Select Sector SPDR Fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Investors will receive a coupon of 12%, paid quarterly, if each underlying fund closes at or above its 68.5% trigger level on the related quarterly observation date.

If the worst performing ETF gains or ends above its 68.5% downside threshold the payout at maturity will be par plus the coupon. Investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing ETF declines if it finishes below its downside threshold level.

The securities may be called starting April 4, 2023 and on any subsequent monthly review date.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
