Moody’s rates USI loan B1

Moody’s Investors Service said it rated USI Inc.’s $2.5 billion seven-year senior secured term loan B1.

The agency upgraded USI’s senior secured rating to B1 on Sept. 8.

USI plans to use the proceeds plus cash on hand to repay an outstanding $2.5 billion term loan scheduled to mature in May 2024 and to pay related fees and expenses.

The outlook is stable.
