U.S. Energy Biogas looks to hire General Capital Partners, Ion Consulting as financial advisers

Pittsburgh, Dec. 7 - U.S. Energy Biogas Corp. requested court approval to hire General Capital Partners and Ion Consulting, LLC as financial advisers for the company's Chapter 11 case, according to a Thursday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.
According to the motion, General Capital will perform general financial advisory services and Ion will provide specific valuation and advisory support services.
U.S. Energy Biogas, an Avon, Conn.-based renewable energy business, filed for bankruptcy on Nov. 30. Its Chapter 11 case number is 06-12827.
