U.S. Energy Biogas posts $4.71 million April net loss

Pittsburgh, May 30 - U.S. Energy Biogas Corp. reported a $4.71 million net loss for April on $1.08 million in total operating revenues, according to its monthly operating report filed Tuesday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.
The figures compare to a $3.65 million March net loss on $929,249 of total operating revenues.
Cash on April 30 was $597,559.
U.S. Energy Biogas, an Avon, Conn.-based renewable energy business, filed for bankruptcy on Nov. 30, 2006. Its Chapter 11 case number is 06-12827.
