Stephens Investment reports 5.7% passive stake in U.S. Auto Parts

Philadelphia, Nov. 12 - Stephens Investment Management, LLC reported an investment of 5.7% in U.S. Auto Parts Network, Inc. as of Oct. 17, according to an SC 13G filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The holdings represent a passive stake of 1,700,892 shares.

U.S. Auto Parts is a Carson, Calif., online retailer of after-market auto parts and accessories.
