USA Synthetic Fuel reports May net loss of $42,568, zero net revenue

Bethlehem, Pa., Sept. 21 – USA Synthetic Fuel Corp. reported a net loss of $42,568 for May on zero net revenue, according to its monthly operating report filed Friday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
For April, the company had a net loss of $132,484, also on zero net revenue.
The company held cash and cash equivalents of $481,008 for May, down from $525,248 as of April 30.
Cincinnati-based USA Synthetic is a provider of clean energy systems. The company filed for bankruptcy on March 17 in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. The Chapter 11 case number is 15-10599.
