USAA appoints Denbow to manage seven funds effective March 1

Minneapolis, Dec. 1 - USAA announced that Dan Denbow will become the manager of seven of the company's funds on March 1, according to a press release.

Denbow replaces Mark Johnson, vice president of equity portfolios and co-manager of the funds, who is retiring from the company.

Denbow, who has been on the investment management team since 1998, will manage the following:

• USAA Precious Metals and Minerals Fund Shares;

• USAA Precious Metals and Minerals Fund Adviser Shares;

• USAA Precious Metals and Minerals Fund Institutional Shares;

• USAA Cornerstone Strategy Fund;

• USAA Real Return Fund Shares;

• USAA Real Return Fund Institutional Shares; and

• USAA Global Opportunities Fund.

USAA is a San Antonio-based financial services company.
