Urban Brands' seven-member unsecured creditors committee appointed

Pittsburgh, Oct. 4 - Urban Brands, Inc.'s official committee of unsecured creditors has been appointed by Region 3 U.S. Trustee Roberta A. DeAngelis, according to a Monday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The committee members are Morris Dahan of Angel Made in Heaven, Inc. of New York; Rafi Shokrian of Natural Collection Corp. of Los Angeles; Eugene Markowitz of Signsource, Inc. of Clifton, N.J.; Allan Spielman of Rosenthal & Rosenthal, Inc. of New York; Julie Minnick Bowden of GGP LP, based in Chicago; Ronald M. Tucker of Simon Property Group, Inc. of Indianapolis and Saul Reiter of International Inspirations, Ltd. of New York.

Urban Brands, a Secaucus, N.J.-based plus-sized apparel retailer, filed for bankruptcy on Sept. 21. Its Chapter 11 case number is 10-13005.
