Shareholders to receive 0.3119 shares for every subscription right held

Knoxville, Tenn., Feb. 7 - Uranium Resources, Inc. plans a rights offering of stock and warrants to raise up to $13 million, according to a prospectus supplement filed Thursday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company will offer rights for up to 5,098,039 common shares at $2.55 apiece, a 15% discount to the closing share price of $3.00 on Feb. 6. Each subscription right will entitle its holder to purchase 0.3119 common shares.
Proceeds will be used to repay a 10% bridge loan.
Uranium Resources, based in Lewisville, Texas, is a mineral exploration company focused on uranium.
