UPC Polska to redeem 9% notes

New York, June 28 - UPC Polska LLC said that it will redeem its $105.4 million of 9% senior notes due March 31, 2007 on July 30.

The notes were jointly issued by UPC Polska LLC and UPC Polska Finance Inc. on Feb. 18 as part of the company's exit from Chapter 11. They can be redeemed at any time at par plus accrued interest.

UPC Polska is a Denver-based operator of cable televisions systems in Poland.
