UPC Polska obtains court approval to extend voting on reorganization plan

Chicago, Dec. 17 - UPC Polska Inc. has obtained court approval for an extension of the voting deadline on its reorganization plan to Dec. 17.

Ballots must reach the voting agent by 5 p.m. E.T. on that day unless extended by the company, according to a news release.

The court order was filed in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.
