UPC Polska extends voting deadline on reorganization plan to Dec. 16

Chicago, Dec. 11 - UPC Polska Inc. has obtained a court order extending the voting deadline on its reorganization plan to Dec. 16 from Dec. 11.

The order was filed in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York. This is the third extension.

The extension is to allow more time for the company and its official committee of unsecured creditors to continue their negotiations over a consensual plan of reorganization.
